Burgess has been on Auburn’s campus more than any other school this spring. He’ll return for an official visit from May 30 to June 1, which could be a pivotal moment in the Tigers’ quarterback evaluation process.
North Carolina is the main competition right now, but NC State, Wisconsin, and Duke are also in the picture. Auburn has been methodical in how it’s handled QB recruiting in this cycle, and Burgess has consistently stayed at or near the top of the board.
